I’m currently studying (well finishing my MSc in Organizational Behaviour, with Birkbeck, University of London). The topic is young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in context of the workplace. I am trying to develop more understanding about what support is needed to both help individuals with ASD to get and sustain work.

All responses will help to further understanding of this very important topic. Also, I’d be able to share a summary of the research findings, once the assignment has been graded.
